A progress report is prepared and sent weekly to the client on all activity for the week. Clients can refer other recruiters directly to JaM. You only have to work with one recruiting firm. Viable and interested candidates fitting your needs will be referred to your facility prior to being shared with other clients. In other words, you have first opportunity to interview these candidates. Updated information on salary surveys and other influencing factors for the specialty area being worked.
